The Care Pod Pathways CIO

About Us
The Care Pod Pathways is a community-based charity delivering structured, wellbeing-led programmes designed to improve access to high-quality professional support for children and young people with additional needs.
We are therapy-informed and outcome-focused. Our work centres on direct programme delivery within safe, professionally facilitated environments. We do not run traditional drop-in or peer-led support groups; instead, we provide structured programmes with clear goals, measurable progression, and defined pathways.
Our approach is:
-
Professional – Delivered by trained staff in well-managed settings
-
Community-based – Rooted in local venues and partnerships
-
Wellbeing-led – Focused on confidence, regulation and resilience
-
Structured and outcome-focused – Designed around clear outcomes and next steps
